AR glass fiber 13mm

Alkali-resistant glass fibers of the highest quality for reinforcing your project, such as a concrete GFRC countertop.

This glass fiber contains 17% ZrO₂ (zirconium dioxide). In the alkaline environment of GFRC (glass fiber reinforced concrete), standard glass fibers deteriorate over time, weakening the reinforcement. Thanks to its high zirconium content, this fiber is exceptionally resistant to alkaline deterioration and retains its reinforcing effect for a long time.

This is the traditional GFRC fiber for creating ultra-strong concrete projects. Using this fiber allows you to create very strong concrete, making the use of steel reinforcement completely unnecessary. These are the fibers used in our DIY kits.
